Buy an alternative from another manufacture if at all possible

As mentioned in other reviews, the system is actually 2+2, not a "quad". The handsets are very light, and are not as secure in the base, as I would have liked - not that substantial.

BT QUAD Home Phone System

As mentioned in other reviews, the system is actually 3+1, not a "quad". The handsets are very light, and are not as secure in the base, as I would have liked - not that substantial. The features are excellent, but I have no Idea how to sync my mobile directory with the BT Quad system. Technology and I are not comfortable companions.

3+1 Not Quad

I bought this set as a quad pack as that is how it was advertised, however, it is actually a triple set with an additional handset that has not been added to the base station.

That said, the features and functionality are very good.
