Excellent (except on Desk Phone)

I might have to complete a full reset to try and resolve the Desk Phone issues (got a really bad echo and changed some settings so now it doesn't pick up) but this has been a great purchase - based on ~4 weeks of use. Links to mobile and iPad plus works as a Softphone via Teams and Zoom. No wire for me to catch with my expressive hands. All good and always a no-hassle experience to deal with LiGo.

Cuts through interference perfectly. Very comfortable to wear too. An expensive headset but with sound quality this good it's excellent value for money.

Not cheap but excellent!

Not usually prone to writing reviews but this was genuinely so good I felt it was deserving of sharing my experience. I recently purchased a Plantronics headset on Amazon that had to be returned as faulty and came across this in my search for a replacement. The difference in quality is chalk and cheese. Extremely impressed. First off, out the box it just "worked", setup couldn't have been simpler. The headset itself is nice and light but still feels sturdy and well built. It integrated perfectly into Skype for Business, and I have it paired with my work mobile as well so can answer calls on either seamlessly. Jabra have just earned themselves a loyal user for life!
