Compact and efficient

Have used these headphones only a few times since purchase but certainly find them more comfortable.
The controls are less ambiguous than some, and I think that this headset may not have to be re-installed each time after unplugging USB.
Huge appreciation for Customer Service and Helpline. Staff went to immense lengths to help me understand this product.

Great quality - Easy to use

Headset does exactly what it promises. Comfortable to wear, sound quality is really clear, and found the headset to be quite flexible. The dual connections is handy to have and switching between devices is easy.
