The VTech ES2050 DECT Cordless Phone is an entry-level home phone with answering machine. VTech are a big name in the US- they're actually the number one brand in that market. However, they have struggled in the past to replicate that success in the UK, where BT still dominate. If you've owned a BT phone in recent years, though, you've actually already had a VTech phone, as they manufacture BT's handsets for them.
