Powerful multi-coated lenses

Boasting 10x magnification, these Celestron Outland X binoculars are ideally suited to birdwatchers, as they can easily be used without the need for a tripod. They offer a 6.3-degree field of vision, equivalent to 110m at a 1km distance. Thanks to multi-coated lenses, they provide high-resolution images, keeping light loss to a minimum and enhancing colour fidelity. And with 10mm eye relief, they are comfortable to use for extended periods of time- perfect for long days birding.

Rugged weatherproof design

The Celestron Outland binoculars are designed to cope with anything that the British weather might throw at them. Fully waterproof, the Outland binoculars are nitrogen-filled to prevent lens fogging, meaning they can be used in all weathers. The large focus knobs are easy to adjust for precise focusing even in wet weather or with gloves on, while the twist-up eyecups allow for quick adjustment of eye relief to obtain the full field of view.

Binoculars

I sent the first binoculars back as the were marks on the front lenses, i have a new pair but to me these have similar marking on the front lenses, i asked why there are no dust caps included but i have not had a reply, i have to thank the lady i was talking to about the problem she was most helpful as regarding an exchange for the first pair of binoculars, i must say they are a decent binocular.

Very good binoculars

I wanted something smaller and more portable than my large pair i've had for 20 plus years. I know the Celestron brand through astronomy and know how good their kit is. I was very close to a different pair, but what won me to these was the clear statement on water resistance and the anti-fog as well. They will fit into any coat pocket, or cargo trouser side pocket and are very easy to both adjust and use. The magnification is easily enough for most purposes from a quick night-time stargaze to wild life spotting when out walking.

Would recommend

We bought these binoculars to take on a trip. The image quality was excellent, the brightness and clarity were fantastic and showed us amazing things. We were sharing between to of us, and one of us wears glasses, so we were adjusting quite a lot and found them quick and easy to use. I would highly recommend these.

Good value

Works well and feels well made for the price. I wanted a compact pair that was small enough to take with me and fit into a coat or pocket (unlike my bigger binoculars). The only downside in my opinion is the level of eye relief, which is not ideal for glasses. But the picture is very clear and for under £50 these are great value!
