Gigaset Family Plus HX Additional Handset for Gigaset Family Plus Telephones
Please note that this is an additional handset and charging cradle to be purchased for use with an existing system. This handset cannot be plugged into a telephone line, and will not work without a base station (The Gigaset Family Plus main unit with base is available here).
This is the correct handset for use with the Gigaset Family Plus, which is the latest home phone to be released by Gigaset and is equipped with a call blocking, and handsfree loudspeaker.
Up to 6 handsets can registered to the base of the Gigaset Family Plus range. Benefits of using multiple handsets include features such as: intercom, call transfer, conference calls, and phonebook transfer.
Is this phone compatible with my setup?
If you have a router with a phone port like the diagram below*, then you'll easily be able to plug in the phone cable provided with the phones (or with the RJ11 cable provided with your router).
If you don't have a phone port, then you will need a phone with a LAN connection, which is provided with all our Gigaset N300A IP and N510 IP bundles.
*Please note the configurations of your router may look different, however you should still be easily able to locate if there is a phone port or not.
