I've tried countless pans over the years, always on the hunt for one that truly deliversand Ive finally found it. I used to steer clear of GreenPan, assuming it was too pricey, but now I see it's worth every penny. This pan is PFAS-free, which is essential for safety these days. I use it on an induction cooktop, and it heats evenly across the surface. Its impressively non-stick even with eggs, though I do use a bit of oil and avoid cooking on maximum heat. Cleaning is a breeze, and overall, its a pleasure to use. I know exactly which pan I'll be buying again in the future. A tip for fellow induction users: never cook on the highest heat if you want to maintain the non-stick quality, manage your heat and youll have no issues

I've been using for a couple of weeks to stir-fry veggies, rice, etc. it's perfect. Really great quality and nothing sticks whatsoever. Will be adding more to my collection in due course!
