Like all Panasonic cordless phones, the KX-TGH72 provides superb sound quality. It also includes enhanced volume functionality, making it up to 70% louder than standard Panasonic phones. This makes it ideal for the hard of hearing. The volume can be easily adjusted using the quick volume control button. The KX-TGH72 also comes with a full-duplex loudspeaker, so that calls are crystal clear even on handsfree mode.

Nuisance Call Blocking

The KX-TGH72 comes with built-in nuisance call blocking functionality, to help you cut down on the number of unwanted calls you receive. Thanks to a dedicated nuisance call block button, you can instantly block up to 1000 numbers with just a quick tap. It also includes an Automated Call Block setting, which will disconnect automated calls before your phone even rings. If you receive a call from a number that is not in your phonebook, they will be required to input a code before getting through- so you won't be bothered by automated calls.

It said it was a digital phone so I assumed that it was for use on a digital line. Even when I read through the start up guide for the first time I didn't notice the very small print stating that the phone was for analogue landline only. This was the sole reason for buying a new phone, our landline has gone digital. I'm quite annoyed by the misleading terminology used in the marketing literature and the position and size of print in the guide. The Panasonic phones I'm sure are every bit as good as they have always been, this is more about the size of print and positioning in the handbook.
I can't review the product because it will not work on a digital system. This is as requested, a review of the order.

Excellent customer service.

Mistakenly ordered the wrong product. Telephoned customer services and spoke to a very helpful agent. She e-mailed me a returns slip and made arrangements for the correct item to be sent out on receipt of the returned item. So thank you for that.

Pleased with the phones - just need to work out how to transfer the phone book data entered on the base unit into the other two phones!

Easy to use and well designed

Bought for a new house as we have had an earlier model for many years. Just wanted an extra handset which was not available for the earlier model. Easy to set up and all the facilities we require.
