Pure Evoke Home DAB & Internet Radio with Bluetooth in Cotton White

The sound is, as others have said, brilliant for the relatively compact size, and equals that of much larger systems. The Bass and Treble can be adjusted to suit any individual taste. Classical music, such as a full blown symphony or concerto is as spacious as speakers more apart. I have no complaint or major points except if I am lestening to the radio and decide to play a CD, I cannot simply put a CD into the slot, (it physically will not let me). I have to press the "scource" button, then press the circular button, then the outer buttons to get to "CD", and then press "Enter", finally push in the CD I appreciate this is not a major issue, but it certainly does take time. Other than that, I am very pleased to have this system.

Absolutely love this product and so happy that I took a chance on it, having never heard of the brand before. As soon as I took it out of the box, I was already pleased with its appearance and size. It looks contemporary and is very unobtrusive in any room setting. It was very easy to set up. I'm of a more senior generation and had no issues at all in setting and adjusting all the various options. I have easily linked my Spotify account, tuned in my favourite radio stations and most importantly, I can now once again listen to my vast cd collection on an excellent piece of kit which has great sound quality. Very pleased with absolutely every feature and would highly recommend this great product.

I have been looking for a new sound system that incorporated a CD player for some time, but very few seemed to meet all my requirements, which were to sound good, but look stylish, have and easy to use interface, and be fairly compact. The Pure Evoke Home does all that. From the moment I unboxed the product I was pleased - it felt solid and well built but without feeling clunky - and I liked that you could fold the screen down. It was really easy to set up - I didn't even look at the instructions, just plugged it in and away I went. The Internet connectivity was trouble-free, finding and connecting to my WiFi in seconds. The DAB radio tuned into all the stations I'd expect it to and the sound was good. Moving onto the CD player, which for me was the main attraction, and I found the sound to be even better. Crisp and with a decent kick of bass. It was great to be able to resurrect my CD collection, which for too long had been gathering dust. Navigating the buttons to change track or adjust the volume was easy too and the remote control was handy to have. The Bluetooth feature is also handy and again it's easy to connect, although it is probably something I'll use less often than the DAB radio and CD player. Of the features the Pure Evoke Home offers I'm yet to use the Internet ones but I'm sure I will over the next few weeks as I have more time to play around with the system. Overall the Pure Evoke Home is perfect for our listening requirements and in only a week has already enhanced our life. It's been lovely to come in from work and pop a CD on or listen to the crystal clear DAB radio.

This is the ideal solution for my home music needs. We still listen to CDs and vinyl, so I want something that can do more than just be a smart speaker. This fits the bill perfectly. It looks great, and the sound quality is fantastic. As well as using the CD and radio functions, I’ve also paired the device with my Bluetooth turntable and the sound doesn’t suffer at all. The range is enough that I can play records in the garden without having to move the turntable - I just bring the speaker outside and it works really well. All in all a great product that I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
