Vango Alpha 400 CLR 4-Person Tent

I received this tent last week and tried it out over the weekend. It was absolutely fantastic! The setup process was incredibly easy and only took a few minutes. Although it's not specificallty a blackout tent, it inside was very dark inside and ideal for me since I'm a light sleeper. The tent also has side pockets where I stored items like a torch and tissues that I might have needed during the night. There was plenty of room for both of our large bags, and our collie had more than enough space to sleep in the front section. While I haven't tested the waterproofing yet, I can confirm that it held up well against sand, which was easily removed from the front section by lifting the flap. Overall, I highly recommend this tent!

I really like this tent; it feels spacious enough for two people and accommodated all of the bedding we brought with us. We had to weather a storm on the first night we used it, with strong winds and heavy rain, but the tent held up perfectly with no leaks or other issues. The porch is surprisingly large and extremely useful; it's spacious enough to sit or crouch in outside of the sleeping pod, and the attached groundsheet makes it perfect for storing shoes and bags without worrying about mud or damp. Setting up the tent can be a bit tricky, as it uses Velcro instead of clips for the top layer, and the inner layer needs to go up first, which can be challenging in stormy weather. However, this is likely something that gets easier with familiarity, and it's always helpful to set up the tent in good weather conditions. Overall, I think it's great value for money and easy to fold back into the bag, which is definitely a plus.

Bought this on the recommendation of Ligo as it was rated as one of their best buys and was a good price! So far I've only briefly tested the tent out but was easy to put up and looks pretty sturdy! Happy with my purchase so far.

I purchased this tent because I needed a smaller option for festivals and short camping trips. Although two of us pitched it, it could easily have been done by one person - it was really straightforward! We had it set up, checked, and packed away again within 10 minutes, ready for our next camping adventure. The oversized bag that comes with the tent is a fantastic idea. The quality of the tent is excellent, with a double skin to provide added protection. I was also impressed with how quickly it arrived - less than 24 hours after I ordered it. Thank you!
