The Siemens Gigaset E630A Single: A robust and durable cordless phone for practical convenience
The high-quality and robust design of the Gigaset E630A ensures that it is capable of withstanding the rigours of everyday use in more demanding environments whilst still offering all the practical DECT features of a normal landline phone. Users can expect to take advantage of features such as call lists, phonebook, incoming call vibrate, and a separate base station (allowing it to be kept out the way). This is an excellent choice for a work or home landline.
Robust and durable
Certified to the international standard IP65, the E630A features a durable outer-shell that is resistant to shocks, water, and dust. Ideal for rigorous use in harsher environments, such as workshops, garages, and warehouses; the Gigaset E630A was manufactured in Germany and comes with a 2-year warranty as standard.
Practical features
With customisable profiles to suit the needs of up to 3 differing environments, the Gigaset E630A can be easily configured to suit the varying demands of indoor, outdoor and personal use. The simplified call acceptance allows you to answer a call conveniently even when your hands are soiled or sticky. And with the high-quality 1.8” TFT display and illuminated keypad it is possible to navigate through the intuitive menus with ease.
Expandable up to six handsets
The Gigaset E630A is GAP compatible and as such other handsets can be registered to its base (which is expandable up to six handsets in total), and offers retrospective compatibility with older Gigaset models. So if you need a durable handset for a workshop in your home or office, and would like something a little more stylish for indoors, why not mix and match to create the ideal bundle for your work or home.
Is this phone compatible with my setup?
If you have a router with a phone port like the diagram below*, then you'll easily be able to plug in the phone cable provided with the phones (or with the RJ11 cable provided with your router).
If you don't have a phone port on your router, or if you are registered with a VOIP provider, you'll need to connect the N300A to your router via Ethernet cable into the LAN port of your router.
Please use the VOIP set up guide to configure your base using the web configurator
*Please note the configurations of your router may look different, however you should still be easily able to locate if there is a phone port or not.
