Siemens Gigaset E630H Additional Handset: A robust DECT additional handset certified to IP65
Please note that this is an additional handset and charging cradle to be purchased for use with an existing system. This handset cannot be plugged into a telephone line, and will not work without a base station.
Up to six handsets can registered to the base station of an E630/A. Benefits of using multiple handsets include features such as: intercom, call transfer, and conferencing facilities.
As this handset is GAP compatible, it can be registered to other Gigaset bases. For details on what features will work when using the E630H with a different model, please refer to the following compatibility guide.
*Please note that this is an additional handset and charging cradle to be purchased for use with an existing system. This handset cannot be plugged into a telephone line, and will not work without a base station (The Gigaset E630A main unit with base is available here).
Is this phone compatible with my setup?
If you have a router with a phone port like the diagram below*, then you'll easily be able to plug in the phone cable provided with the phones (or with the RJ11 cable provided with your router).
If you don't have a phone port, then you will need a phone with a LAN connection, which is provided with all our Gigaset N300A IP and N510 IP bundles.
*Please note the configurations of your router may look different, however you should still be easily able to locate if there is a phone port or not.
