A bit disappointed with the range which from my house to outside was approximately 200 metres.

Generally a compact well made unit, clear audio.
Have not tested in open space, but considering it is supposed to work in schools/building sites etc, I think is very optimistic as indoors the range is quite limited.
Would consider them as more of a novelty toy than a professional unit.

Surprisingly small but very good!

Well as the saying goes sometimes the best things come in small packages. The handsets are surprisingly small - I have an older pair of Motorola Walkie Talkies so was expecting them to be comparable but these are a lot more compact. Nonetheless the quality is excellent - seem well made, easy to use, and I prefer them to the older pair now so would get more again. Top service from ligo as usual!
