If Your Product Is Faulty...
When purchasing new electronics products, the last thing you want is for them to develop a fault within a short space of time. Unfortunately, though, this problem can occur in a small percentage of new products. To protect you against this, all the products that we sell come covered by a manufacturer warranty. In most cases, this lasts for 12 months from when you receive the item. However, some manufacturers like Gigaset offer a longer warranty on their products, and we also provide an extended warranty as an optional extra on selected products.
In most cases, we’ll need to take the item back in order to diagnose the fault before we can issue a replacement. We provide a freepost address for you to send your faulty item. Once we have received the item, the return will be processed within 5-7 working days.
With some items, we may provide the manufacturer’s details instead. We only do this when they will be able to handle your return and replacement quicker than we would be able to.
Please note that our returns period lasts for 30 days after your receive your purchase. After this time has elapsed, we will unfortunately be unable to issue a refund if you need to return the item under warranty. Instead, we will either repair the fault if possible, or issue you with a replacement item.
Returning Faulty Items
To return an item under warranty, please get in touch with us directly via email, phone, or livechat. A member of our Returns Department will then provide you with full instructions on how to return your item. We kindly request that you do not send back items without going through this process, as it may cause a delay with processing your return and you may have to cover the cost of postage.
